Here at Busch Movers, we take pride in being a family business that is built on the trust of our community.
We know that the last few weeks have been hard for many. We also know that, in these uncertain times, we must all come together to slow the spread of COVID-19 and help protect our community. We want you to know that the safety of our customers and movers is, and remains, our number one priority.
I want to share some of the steps that we are taking to ensure that your family and your home stay safe:
Practicing caution: We need to look out for each other and this starts with honesty. We expect our movers and customers to let us know if they’ve travelled outside of the country or if they have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms over the last 14 days. Our movers are expected to enter in a 14-day isolation period at the first sign of symptoms. Only movers that are healthy will be doing moves.
Avoiding physical contact: No - we don't hate you. We just want everyone involved to be safe. That’s why our movers won’t be shaking hands and will be maintaining a safe distance from you. For your safety, we ask you do the same.
Staying clean: Nobody likes germs. Before the move begins, we’d appreciate it if you could show our movers a space where they can wash their hands. Also, throughout the duration of the move our movers will be using disinfecting wipes or sanitizers.
We know that moving is a stressful time, and we would like to thank you for your continued trust in us. As I mentioned earlier, we are a company that is built on this trust, and it means everything to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
We will continue to work through this difficult time together.
From our family to yours,
Mohammed Dinani, CEO
